Service Description
The ULTIMATE tour for all animal lovers, aspiring zookeepers, farmers, or those looking for some animal cuddle therapy and stellar photo ops! Tours include hands-on interactions with a number of animal residents, guided by educated staff able to answer questions about their care, their stories, and snap a photo if requested! Expect to cuddle goats, kiss a camel, hang with kangaroos, alpacas, emus, donkeys and more! Admission includes up to 4 guests. Admission for each additional guest surpassing this number is $75. Animal encounters are subject to change based on temperament of animals, potential construction, off exhibit animals, and discretion of the tour guide. Please take a few moments to read through the notes below. Your event/tour will start promptly at the time listed on your ticket/reservation. - Please remain in your vehicle until the designated start time or you see your tour guide. - You will drive all the way to the end of the dirt road until you see a large "Jurassic Park" style gate. - Please park perpendicular to the horse fence line in front of this gate. - Please do not block the road. - No outside animals permitted on the property. Unfortunately due to the animal residents on the property, this does include service animals. - All guest must adhere to rules stated by guide at the start of your tour/event. - The group will stay together throughout the entirety of the tour/event. - No public restroom on site. Please plan accordingly prior to arrival. - Please do not exit your vehicle at any time until you see your tour guide. - For the safety and protection of our animals and grounds, gates to our property must be closed at the beginning of every tour. For this reason, we are unable to allow for any late arrivals. - To allow for tour guides to stay on schedule, we kindly request that you do not arrive with additional guests that are not a part of your prepaid reservation. - There is NO SMOKING, VAPING, ALCOHOL, GLASS CONTAINERS, OR OUTSIDE ANIMALS allowed on the farm grounds by visitors. - There is no food or drink sold on the property and no food or drinks allowed in the animal enclosures during encounters. - There are free range animals at both of our properties, please keep that in mind when booking your tours as well. Free range animals may include ducks, chickens, geese, emus, llama, goat, sheep, dogs, etc.
Cancellation Policy
By proceeding I acknowledge the following: All purchases on this site are non-refundable. The income from events and tours go directly back into the animals and the staff that cares for them daily. For this reason, no refunds or rescheduling will be offered for any reason. Tour and events start promptly at the designated time listed. Late arrival will result in reduced time with the animals and no extended tour or event times will be offered. We recommend showing up 5 minutes prior to arrival to ensure you get the full experience. Animals on exhibit is what will most often be available during your tour. Animals may be off exhibit, or not partake in interactions due to sickness or temperament. We will not jeopardize the health and safety of any animals or guests throughout the tour. Our staff holds the right to promptly end your ticketed event escort you off property any given time if any member of your party fails to adhere to rules or disrespects staff or animals.
