About the Event
Join us this Saturday for our first public baby goat bottle feeding of the summer! Below is the schedule:
10:00AM - Gates open
10:30AM - Woodland walking tour! This 2.1 mile trail walk through hardwood forests will be one of the most gorgeous walks you’ve ever taken! Be sure to step lightly as we have recently had a family of otters move in so you may catch a glimpse of them or one of the many deer fawns!
12:00PM - BABY GOAT BOTTLE FEEDING! Only 9 babies so 9 volunteers will be selected from the crowd and receive a quick class on feeding the babies! (I take monetary bribes in the form of donations, animals are expensive)
12:30PM - Critter meet and greet. Head inside the education center with Alyssa to learn about the prairie dogs, snakes, bearded dragons, monitor lizards, and Bale’ the ferret!
1:00PM - Guided farm tour!
As always feel free to walk around anytime between 10AM-2PM to visit some of your favorite animal ambassadors.
PACK A PICNIC!
BRING A TENT AND CHAIRS!
